Hi, music lovers!
As I mentioned in a previous post there is a new season upon us and with that comes a lot of new posts for the blog! Today I’m bringing you some cool new tunes for y’all to listen to in this Fall 2016 Playlist! Like always, in this list there are a few new songs I’ve stumbled on recently and a few songs that I’ve been listening to for a while now, but all in all these are the main tunes I’ll be playing throughout this fall season!
Let’s hop right on into the music!
how to buy Depakote 1.) The devine femeine album by Mac Miller
-Y’all probably know by know that I’m a fan of Mac Miller and almost everything he produces, but this album, I have a whole other appreciation for. If you haven’t listened to this brand new album by Mac I don’t know what you’re doing with your life. I’ve listened to him speak on this album in a couple online interviews and he totally switched up his game with this one and I fell in love. If you’re looking for a reason to venture into Mac’s music look no further because this album killed it. It’s smooth and pleasing to listen to while still getting his true style in the tunes.

-This song is on a different wave than Mac, but I am enjoying this so so so so much. I just happened to stumble onto this while on soundcloud recently, but I know without a doubt I’ve heard this song before that moment. This is definitely a wonderful song to listen to during the fall season simply because of the feels you get from it.
3.) No bars by Doja Cat
-I’ve been vibing to this tune for a quite a while now, but I’ve been finding myself playing it on repeat quite often, so I’m going to go ahead and sneak it in this Fall Playlist.
4.) Border line by King Krule
-I can’t get enough of this song. The beat along with his voice is so bomb. I can’t explain it, just go ahead and give it a listen so you can fall in love as well!
5.)Romantic by Run DMT
-Once again, this is one of those songs I stumbled upon on soundcloud while letting it play freely as I drive to school in the mornings, and once again it was the feeling of the song I fell in love with. Y’all tell me what you think!
6.) Friends by ATM
-This song is once again a soundcloud find, and I fell in love because it was so easy to listen to and rather catchy. Also, it actually has a story behind it and I like the way it’s presented.
7.) Ode to Viceroy by Mac Demarco
-THIS RIGHT HERE. I don’t even know how long I’ve been listening to this song, at least a couple of years. I found Mac Demarco thanks to my love, Caleb. Ode to Viceroy is one of my all time favorites by Mac Demarco and, lucky me, I’ve actually seen him perform it! He’s a great musician!
8.) Caretaker (Extended Version) by D.R.A.M ft. SZA
-About a month ago I found D.R.A.M’s soundcloud, of course through the tune we all know now, Broccoli featuring lil yatchy, but I let his soundcloud just run while I was driving and I became very pleased by the sound of his voice. Also the woman singing in this song has a brilliant voice. Just good tunes all around.
9.) So high by Doja Cat
-Now I know we talked a bit about Doja Cat previously in this post, but So High is another one of her hits that I’ve been listening to for a while and has also been playing on repeat, or at least is being played multiple times a day!
10.) Build Me Up by Rhymefest
-Okay, this song is mad old, but it popped up on my pandora station the other day and I remembered how much I loved it. I love the way they have such strong, raspy voiced men singing the chorus to the well know song by by The Foundations, build me up buttercup.
11.) Lost ones by Jay-Z ft. Chrisette Michele
-Once again an old song, but an all-time favorite. This is another one Pandora brought back into my life and I’m extremely happy it did! This is the only link I could find, but the music starts exactly minute into the video, so skip on ahead if you aren’t watching the visuals.
12.) Good Day by Nappy Roots
-Such a throwback, but such a good throwback. It’s super easy for me to get in a bad mood and stay there, but this song does a little something to lift me up when I get in those moods.
13.) Rough Soul by Yung Bae
-I stumbled upon this song because one of my favorite youtubers used it in a recent video and I was loving it so much I had to find out what it was and now I’m letting y’all know! I absolutely love this song and everything it has to offer!!!
14.) Love$ick by mura masa ft. A$AP Rocky
-I don’t really have much to say about this tune except for the fact that I’ve found myself listening to it a lot lately, and I actually really enjoy the chorus of this song and how different it is from what I usually listen to.
15.) Closer by Goapele
-This is a song I’ve been playing off and on for about 5 years, but it always seems to come back into my life around fall time, so when I heard it the other day I knew I had to throw it in here for y’all! It’s so good and her voice is stunning.
16.) Lazy Days by Shwayze
-Lazy Days is one of those songs I go back to every now and then simply because it makes me feel happy. Their other song Buzzin’ is one I find myself playing a lot as well, and Pandora just brought them both back into my life. I’m welcoming them with open arms, so I’ll insert them both below
17.) Chill Bill Remix by Rob $tone
-There has been hella people using this beat lately, but I really enjoy it through this song. It’s one of those that you can easily vibe to. Mad catchy.
-take a listen-
18.) Certainly by Erykah Badu
-Another throw back for y’all to either discover or rediscover. Erykah Badu, y’all know, is one of my go-to’s, and since this song has been popping up on my pandora daily I thought I’d throw it on in this playlist.
19.) Montevideo by Little Racer
-Another one I know because of Caleb. We used to listen to this song quite religiously, but it popped back on the other day while we were listening to the music on his old iPhone, and I remembered why I loved it so much. It has more of a summer vibe, but it’s one that I’m going to start playing frequently again, so I’m including it here in this Fall Playlist.
20.) Nancy From Now On by Father John Misty
-I’d like to give a lot of thanks to Caleb for most of my music taste. Here’s another one we listened to quite frequently on his old phone, I rediscovered it and fell in love all over again, and it’s absolutely perfect for the fall.
That’s all for today folks! I hope you enjoyed this fall playlist and found some great new tunes to listen to or even some old favorites you forgot about!
